My husband and I visited Gimcheon city to stay in a very old Korean house, that is more than 200 years old. The owner has another inn filled with old pots and jars (as you can see above), I think they are his antic collections. We were lucky enough to see this as well, even though we didn't stay here. I was mesmerized with the serenity of the village. We slept well and woke up energized! It was peaceful. Visit the place, too.

 

 

Walking more around his place, we also saw these things. I felt happy seeing such things in the quiet city of Gimcheon. It's new adventure and experience for me. I really felt the different ambience. But, you have to try the old house stay. It's really traditional and just some few blocks away. You may book yours at 노적산방!

 

 

If I have enough money to buy a house, I would buy something like this and live peacefully.

 

 

Have you been to the quiet city of Gimcheon? The villagers sleep early, it's very quiet at night. In the morning, we savored the sunshine and played around. My husband and I had an enjoyable stay indeed!
